Sales of the book benefit The Sara Lee Trust, Riding for the Disabled, and Queen Alexandra College in Birmingham, (a special college for young people with autism, attended by Stephanie’s grand-daughter).

The book is illustrated by local artist Danny Mooney.
Many of the poems are about Hastings, but also cover all aspects of Battleaxe’s varied life, including childhood memories, travel and my encounters with cancer.
